A question regarding to conducting rightly a prayer

Assalam Aleykum,

The prayer must be done exactly as it's been commanded by Allah the Most Exalted. Is it accepted by Allah if you don't do that exactly how it was commanded to do by Allah? I mean missing right time without good reason or doing it wrong technically (not reading ayats Allah taught to pronounce, not turning head right or left and so on so forth) ...If you have opportunity, please send me a link how man does prayer all right in the front of Allah.

Peace be upon you..if you dont do what was commanded by Allah the you have disobeyed HIM, and the most imporntant thing taught by the Imam is that you must not segregate yourself from the main congregation, then the prayer taught by the Imam Mahdi should be suplementary / an added advantage to the main jamaa prayer i.e two rakats with a middle tashahud for every prayer and a two sunnah rakats when you enter the mosque between adhan and iqaama which makes a total of 4 rakas for every prayer

Peace be upon you. I mean muslims in various angles of the world do prayer differently...and if it is different from what Imam Mahdi's way to pray, is it accepted by Allah or not? Yes or not? I need yes or not answer now. If it's not they should be taught to do it right. For example, in my homecountry there are muslims who think they guided very well in prayer...they should be shown how to do it right ...
